Hi people, I'm trying to access the Apple Pay section of my Mac settings, and the pane is completely blank when I click on it. What is the solution? Is there some kind of setting preventing me from opening it?

What model Mac and what version Mac OS are you using?
I'm using a brand new 2024 MacBook Air M3 with the latest macOS 15.3.
Do you have multiple User Accounts setup on the Mac?
Nope, just my account, and the guest account is turned off.
It's not a managed device, but my account is under 18, however this hasn't stopped it from working before.
What country are you in and how old are you? Are using a new or different Apple ID?
I'm in California, USA at 15 years old, using the same Apple ID I've had for years.
The information on my account is accurate, I don't see how that would contribute to it being blank even if it was wrong though.
