Apps for iPad 4th generation iPad iOS 10.3.3
I need an app for my DEKCO security camera. I lost the CloudEdge version that supported and the older version is not available from the app store, Please help

The iPad4 is obsolete - as is the 32-bit system architecture upon which the iPad4 is based.
App Developers have dropped all support for 32-bit devices. The majority (if not all) of 32-bit Apps have been retired and removed from the Apple App Store - and are no longer available for download. There are no other sources of installable Apps for iPad.
64-bit Apps designed for more recent models of iPad are fundamentally incompatible with 32-bit architecture devices.
