How do I reset an iPhone SE with a Windows PC

I have an IPhone SE that I am trying to reset with a Windows PC, but every time I try using Apple Devices it will say the files were corrupted. I tried freeing up space on my PC and that didn’t work.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled or unavailable -
