Location Services grayed out on iPhone 16

Location services is grayed out on my phone and when I try to go into settings under general> There is no restrictions listed. How can I change or update my low setting services by app?? I’m on an iPhone 16 running the most updated software

iPhone 13 mini issues with constantly requesting location services on IOS 18.5 I’m not sure if it’s the recent update or what, but about 2 days ago my iPhone 13 mini started prompting me to allow location services in several apps, which I had believed to have already allowed location services long ago. For example, both the Maps and Reminders app (the standard software on iPhone, not third party apps) have asked me to allow location services just about every time I open the app. I’ve never had this problem before, I’ve had the phone for a solid 2-3 years now. It’s incredibly annoying when I open up maps and try to search for a location and then it won’t let me do anything until I either “allow once” or “allow while using app” and there isn’t an option to “always allow” like I believe there to have been in the past. Is there anything I can do about this or is it going to annoy me till the end of time until I upgrade to a phone I don’t want…

You may have disabled it in Screen Time Restrictions. See the pic below
