Editing text (Font) size on iPad using Magic Keyboard Shortcuts

The Command _ or + and The Command < or > are not functioning in decreasing or increasing the text size on my iPad using Magic Keyboard while I’m typing on Apple Notes App.

I’m really frustrated as i need to edit text frequently on my iPad_M4_13inch using this external keyboard.

Please, can anyone help me fix this issue?

Unable to edit Text in Markup text boxes with physical keyboard Exactly as reported by other use here, but I was obliged to start a new ticket. The keyboard functions perfectly with all other applications, but it does not interact with text boxes in both Files Markup and Photos Markup. Interestingly, when the iPad is disconnected from the keyboard, the on-screen keyboard allows for text box editing. Despite attempts like force restarting, disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard to the iPad, reinstalling the Files app, toggling Assistive Touch, no solutions have been found yet. I also gave full accessibility to the keyboard. My specs: ipad Pro iPadOS 16.6 Magic keyboard and Logi keyboard

How do I change the default font for adding text in Markup on iPad? With this latest iPad Pro update (17.1.2), I got a bunch of new (and welcome) changes for Markup. But it also stopped remembering the last (default) font, color, and size that I used, so it always defaults to this huge, ridiculous 24 point Helvetica font for every new instance of using text in Markup. So I either have to use my terrible handwriting to mark up these documents, or else every time I hit that "Add Text" button, I have to adjust all the font settings again and again It has made Markup unusable for me. I can't find anyway to set its default font or have it remember the last one used. Can someone help?
