How do I enable MMS on (iPad) iOS 18.3.2?
I can find the setting on iPhone but not iPad.

Your iPad does not have any SMS/MMS capability. You need to connect your iPad to your iPhone using Text Message Forwarding to use its cellular capabilities to send the message. Cellular iPads are only for using cellular data for an internet connection, they cannot use the cellular network for voice calls or SMS/MMS messages.
