iPhone 16 display flickering and black dot issue

My iPhone has suddenly began to kinda flicker and after taking it to t mobile they said it was a display issue. In right side of the screen there is a tiny black dot . And when I’m browsing it’s like a light pink on the screen. And sometimes the screen flickers . Anyone else have this problem? I got this phone in December I really think the battery could be better but now t mobile told me it’s an issue with the display. And could take it 30 miles away to a Best Buy and get it fixed. I have a warranty and I really that Apple might replace it .
