Normal Mode Disappear on AirPods Pro 2nd Gen Firmware 7B21

I tried to reset my airpods after I reset, I went to settings for my airpods and I realized that the normal mode on my airpods was gone after I reset, is that some kind of bug?

My AirPods Pro 2nd Generation Are Unable to Switch to the Off Mode As of recently, my AirPods Pro 2nd generation won't switch to the off mode for some reason. However, they'e still able to switch between transparency, adaptive, and noise cancelling modes. I tried resetting them and that worked, but the same problem happened again not too long after.

Why do my AirPods keep resetting to their default settings even after I reset them? I've reset the AirPods, multiple times. My phone's IOS is up to date. Yet, every day my AirPods seem to revert to their default settings. I'm about to get rid of them, it's so annoying. Has anyone found a permanent fix to this problem? Seems to be happening to enough people that I'd think Apple would address it.

AirPods call controls settings keep changing back to the standard settings when customizing I try to customize my AirPods call controls settings such that Mute & Unmute is "Press Twice" and End Call is "Press Once". However, the settings keep changing back to the standard settings. Anyone else having the same issue? How can this be resolved?
