I know my Apple ID and Password, but I forgot security questions answers, so I can't reset the security questions. How can I reset the security questions?Please let me know the steps I should take to resolve this. Seems two-factor authentication is the system in use now, however there is an archived article (link below)that may help you: See what to do: If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
Once you regain access to your account, you may want to change to the more secure method:
