Notifications being delivered quietly only

Not sure someone else is experiencing this, but I would love to get some help troubleshooting this. Some apps on my phone ONLY delivers notifications quietly despite all settings being correctly configured for the app to make a notification sound. Apps like Wallet, SoFi, Santander, Podcast (just a few examples) only delivers notifications quietly. I don't have DND enabled. I don't have any FOCUS enabled. I checked the notification settings within the app but also on the iPhone settings. EVERYTHING is set to make a sound when notification comes, but yet, it ONLY delivers them quietly. I have factory reset the phone WITH and WITHOUT the backup. I deleted the old backups and started all the configurations from scratch (yes, reinstalled ALL 70+ apps again). And NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING resolves this issue. I contacted the developers for some of the apps, troubleshot for hours and nothing seemed wrong on the app side. It's not a sound issue because all other apps send sound notifications with no issue.

Anyone having similar issue? Any tips of what else I can try?

Ps.: The only other apple device I have is an apple watch, but I also tried factoring reset the phone without the watch and this also did not solve the issue! Any tips?
