How do I recover a deleted voicemail from my iPhone

In the Phone app, at the bottom of your Voicemails, should be a Deleted Messages folder. Open that and see if you can recover the message. If it’s not there, meaning you have deleted it from the Deleted Messages folder, the next step would be to contact your carrier as they sometimes have a saved history/log of your messages, beyond your iPhone.
