Because I’m using iPad Pro m4 cable to charge iPhone now for around 3 days and felt excessive heat buildup. Today saw under battery settings the notification “ Charging was on hold due to iPhone temperature “

is there any negative effects on using iPad cable to charge iPhone?

Yes. it's fine. The phone is doing what it's supposed to do. It's fast charging, which generates more heat. The phone will pause charging until it cools down.
