Reboot Loop - Apple TV 128g 4K (3rd Generation)

This has happened once before, but my ATV randomly is stuck in a boot loop with no success by hiding the Apple Remote in the microwave, no success using the iPhone remote app (actually the app is completely unresponsive and can’t find the TV), no success unplugging/replugging, no success holding the home button and volume down button for a restart, and no success “restoring” the ATV. It is now stuck on the “Recovery Mode” screen until it reboots again and goes back to this screen. HELP!
