Airpods 3rd gen right ear not connecting. Won't connect anymore if I place both ears in case.

Airpods 3rd Generation. At first right ear is not working both coming from the same case. Tried to reset it and it shows device name with "- Find My" postfix. When I take it out of the case it will disconnect. Tried resetting it again and now it wouldn't connect. Just blinks white and pop up won't show. Tried everything (remove from find my, bluetooth. letting the battery die, charging for whole night, reset network settings, restart phone etc.) After too many tries, I was able to connect with the left ear but right won't work. Weird thing is when I put both ears in the case both now won't connect and I have to try and try again to connect the left ear. If I place the right one in the case it just blinks white but left works. I'm getting tired trying to fix this.
