Why is my iPhone 13 Pro stuck on 3G after SIM swap?

I have an iPhone 13Pro

So a few days back I was having issues sending messages, it kept failing so I called the carrier and they assisted me but it still wasn’t fixed so they asked me to go to their agency. I went there and then they swap my sim, the same day I still had the same issue but I noticed that the internet was 3G now, I told them and they asked me to give it some time as I just swapped the sim. The next day the message issue was resolved but the internet one was still there. I went back there and they said there is nothing they could do, till now I still have the same issue, it only works with 3G which is really slow, also I have two sims in my phone, one is eSIM from an other carrier and works just fine with the 4G

Can anyone here help me please

If it works fine on 4G with your eSim, the issue isn't on the phone. The carrier just tried to get rid of you. You need to elevate this higher with your carriers technical support. When on that line, in Settings > Cellular > Data Options > Can you choose 4G?
