I upgraded to 15.4 and now my Wallpaper is white and I am unable to select a custom color. Why is that?

Because it's a bug that many users, but not all, are seeing in 15.4.
If you want to use a particular color, create a tiny RGB image, like 5 x 5 pixels, in the color you want and put it in the Pictures folder of your user account.
Then select that image in System Settings. It will automatically tile to fill the screen.
It isn't logical to refuse to use a very simple workaround while you're waiting for a fix. It's pretty much a guarantee that won't happen until next update comes out in, oh, two months.

Same for me ... custom colors all show as white.
You can't even select Sequoia 14.4, nor a 13" M3 air from the lists! Geeze.

The Custom color seems to be fixed, but for some reason, I still get pink for my Red. Any suggestions on how I can fix this? I keep playing with the color chart, but it doesn't seem to help
