How to set time zone for Shortcut automations on iPad?

I have shortcut automations set up to text my grandchildren every night before they go to bed. However, when I’m traveling to a different time zone or out of the country, of course the iPad picks up the local time so the text is sent inappropriate times, for example, the middle of the night. I don’t see an option to choose a time zone just the time of day. Thoughts?

Appointments in different time zones I have an I-phone 14 pro. I’ve kept it utd as of 09/09/23. I travel frequently. Often while in one time zone I schedule something which will occur in a different time zone. I have found that calendar auto”corrects” the time I enter to the time that it would be were I still in the time zone where it was scheduled. The solution offered was to turn off the automatic time zone correction. That is, however, very convenient for other purposes. Switching back and forth would be cumbersome. How do you deal with this issue?

Location Services no longer part of Screentime Controls Screentime has been a disaster since the latest iOS update. My child has lots of access he didn’t use to have. One of the biggest problems is that there is no longer a way to prevent the child from changing the time zone under Screentime (previously under location services) so now when downtime is on, he just changes the time zone and is on a mac till 3am. The only work around is to allow only 1 minute on any app and then grant requests all day long, which is a pain. All devices are up to date. I already turned screentime off and turned it back on again to no avail. Bring back this part of screentime so kids cannot get around downtime. See image. No option to control location services anymore on screentime.
