Flickering app Icons (Media & Purchases and Device Icons) on iPhone

App icons flicker, specifically only two icons (after entering settings option, the "media & purchases" icon and the "device icons" from device list.

** This problem persists from purchasing the device since December 2024**

1.Already have updated to latest ios 18.4, nothing changes.

2.Already have done hard-reset, nothing changes.

3.Already spoken to Apple shop, they said it is not hardware issue and I should inform apple by apple feedback using contact form, already informed but nothing changes.
