How can I cancel my AppleCare+ subscription?
someone bought an iphone for me that has an apple care+, how can I cancel the subscription? there is no manage subscription option under it's settings

That will depend on how it was started.
Are you sure it was a monthly subscription? It could have been a one time purchase and as such there is nothing to cancel.
If it was a subscription, it may have been initiated on the Apple ID of whoever bought the iPhone for you and as such it can only be cancelled from there. It won't appear on your Apple ID. Ask whoever bought it, to cancel it for you.
