How to Cancel Apple Care+ subscription that does not show up on my account but am being billed monthly

I purchased an iphone and took up the apple care support. This process was done by the Apple rep in-store. However, I am unable to complete the setup nor do I see the subscription when I login to my apple account. I simply wish to cancel the plan but am unable to do so because it does not show up in my apple account.

Did you have a different Apple account associated with the Apple Care plan?

Monthly Apple Care+ plans are necessarily associated with an Apple Account.

If it's not listed with your subscriptions, then it must be associated with a different Apple Account.


Does the Coverage not appear on the iPhone in Settings ➜ General ➜ Coverage?
