Where can I get a complete Sequoia 15.4 installer?
Software Update only provides a small installer to update to 15.4 and the AppStore still has only the 15.3.2.
Where can I download the full Sequoia 15.4 installer?
Mac mini, macOS 15.3

You can see if running…
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 15.4
in the Terminal works.

I see that PRP used a different command to reveal the installers.
As you can guess my knowledge of Terminal is little better than zero.
Yes, different in that it only looks for ( Lists ) the available full versions
softwareupdate --list-full-installers
Had I been on the M2 machine it may have listed Ventura, Sonoma and Sequoia
Success at last.
Today the App Store (UK) had Sequoia 15.4
On starting the download it jumped to around 75% so there must have been remnants of the earlier failed download lurking on my computer.
With some trepidation I installed Sequoia but all appeared OK so I installed it on another drive and both appear to be behaving normally.
What are your results ?
Does it find 15.4 ?
softwareupdate --list-full-installers
Finding available software
Software Update found the following full installers:
* Title: macOS Sequoia, Version: 15.4, Size: 15243957KiB, Build: 24E248
* Title: macOS Sequoia, Version: 15.3.2, Size: 14890483KiB, Build: 24D8
* Title: macOS Sequoia, Version: 15.3.1, Size: 14891477KiB, Build: 24D70
* Title: macOS Sequoia, Version: 15.3, Size: 14889290KiB, Build: 24D60
* Title: macOS Sequoia, Version: 15.2, Size: 14921025KiB, Build: 24C101
Apple rarely puts out a full installer version when the update is released. It may take a few days if they release one at all.
Seems that there is a listing for the full installer, but it doesn’t download. It may be related to the fact that the Beta version is still listed and has the same version number.
Waiting is likely the only solution.

Thursday, the day after sort of speak
This is a Purported Terminal Solution from another similar issue
Unable to install macOS Sequoia update 15… - Apple Community
It would appear on page 2 of that question
I have not personally attempted that terminal command nor do I Know if it will work
Good Luck 🤞

Good things come to those who wait.
I know the size of the update.
I want the full installer as I need to add Sequoia to several machines and archive the installer for future use without the need for several time-consuming downloads of a 12GB file.
In my case it found 15.4 and others within about 3 to 3.5 seconds
Just re=tested before this reply
Running over a Fibre Optic connection with 500 / 500 speeds
Perhaps if you what to Test this again
The Old Safe Boot thing and run the command again ?

74.0% of 100% should good
Just another 26 % to go 👍
As previously mentioned the Full Version should appear in Applications folder
" Install Sequoia app " and yes it will not automatically launch
Happy updating the Fleet of machines
An aside, sometimes I do exactly has you are doing for Multi M Class computers, but not this time
@ Ian R. Brown
OUCH
Let me try the softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 15.4 "
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 15.4
Scanning for 15.4 installer
Install failed with error: Update not found
Guess work - Apple is having a Server issue
In your case @ 90% downloaded and 10% more to come
Abort
It appears that other people are having problems downloading it and in some cases when they have been successful and run the installer it has bricked their computers.
So I will put it on hold for the time being!
I don't believe this is an Apple server problem. I get the same message (Install failed with error: Update not found) when trying to download the full 15.4 installer (or any full installer in the list of available ones in fact) using softwareupdate from the command line on a Mac with 15.4 already installed.
I have a second Mac for work that is still on 15.3.2 and the same software update command downloads the 15.4 installer successfully.
It seems there is something about 15.4 that leads to this "Update not found" error when using software update to download an installer for any version of macOS, including 15.4.
Good idea
Yes others are experiencing this issue
Yes my test download earlier was from an already success update via the Software Update applet
Do not know factually if there is a correlation but seems reasonable to believe it so, for now 😔
