Where can I get a complete Sequoia 15.4 installer?
Software Update only provides a small installer to update to 15.4 and the AppStore still has only the 15.3.2.
Where can I download the full Sequoia 15.4 installer?
Mac mini, macOS 15.3

You can see if running…
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 15.4
in the Terminal works.

The update, not the full version, of 15.4 was about 6.17 GB on 1 M4 and 1 M3 that I updated
You may consider the suggestion from @dailabrain for the Full Version
From M2 machine and just finished the last machine for an update
It said "Scanning" but after a minute nothing had happened.
I know the size of the update.
I want the full installer as I need to add Sequoia to several machines and archive the installer for future use without the need for several time-consuming downloads of a 12GB file.
What are your results ?
Does it find 15.4 ?
softwareupdate --list-full-installers
Finding available software
Software Update found the following full installers:
* Title: macOS Sequoia, Version: 15.4, Size: 15243957KiB, Build: 24E248
* Title: macOS Sequoia, Version: 15.3.2, Size: 14890483KiB, Build: 24D8
* Title: macOS Sequoia, Version: 15.3.1, Size: 14891477KiB, Build: 24D70
* Title: macOS Sequoia, Version: 15.3, Size: 14889290KiB, Build: 24D60
* Title: macOS Sequoia, Version: 15.2, Size: 14921025KiB, Build: 24C101
Nothing.
After a minute I gave up. Should I have waited longer?
How long?
FWIW, you have to be on a Mac that can install Sequoia.
In my case it found 15.4 and others within about 3 to 3.5 seconds
Just re=tested before this reply
Running over a Fibre Optic connection with 500 / 500 speeds
Perhaps if you what to Test this again
The Old Safe Boot thing and run the command again ?
This is what I have got after 15 minutes. I have not told it to install anything?
Installing in this case means downloading. The installer will be in the Applications folder.
Thanks. It's not in the Applications folder yet. I assume it will only appear when it is completely downloaded?
I see that PRP used a different command to reveal the installers.
As you can guess my knowledge of Terminal is little better than zero.
74.0% of 100% should good
Just another 26 % to go 👍
As previously mentioned the Full Version should appear in Applications folder
" Install Sequoia app " and yes it will not automatically launch
Happy updating the Fleet of machines
An aside, sometimes I do exactly has you are doing for Multi M Class computers, but not this time

Yes, different in that it only looks for ( Lists ) the available full versions
softwareupdate --list-full-installers
Had I been on the M2 machine it may have listed Ventura, Sonoma and Sequoia
