icloud activation lock icloud not working even though its my own icloud

I got this old, i think iPad mini, that i logged in with my same icloud im using now, about 10 years ago. After that i reset it, and i was logged in. So i plug it to charge it after 10 years or so and its icloud locked to my icloud but it doesnt unlock it, even though i tried logging in with the same icloud on a browser, and disabling advanced icloud protection. My iPad 2 which was also iCloud locked worked without any problems with the 2FA. I have tried to disable it using the provided link and shown proof of purchase, but it “wasnt enough” proof that i owned it. Serial number is: D******84
