Incessant password Inquiry on iPad Air 5th

I use the iPad as my security system. iPad air 5th generation. My home security camera is linked to it, 24 hour surveillance. This last entire month it needs my password, and at first I had given it, 10 minutes later it asks again. I've gone with the available option of [not now] a lot more often, but the thing just keep wanting a password. I honestly only use this as a security camera, so I'd really like it to not constantly block up the screen asking for a password I've already given.

Bad things happen next door to my place, and while a murder could happen and the window for my password freezes the camera. and halts the recording, then I'll end up with nothing to turn over to the police.

For clarification, it is my apple password being requested, not the camera. I've already restarted the tablet a few times, factory reset has been tried, removing other devices attached to the account. None of these proved any success. Please Help.
