Why does App Store show 'cannot connect' only on my current Apple Account?

The AppStore on my current apple account shows “cannot connect. This page couldn’t be loaded. Try again”. I have tried all the general solutions like changing mobile network, updating iOS version etc. Still it doesn’t work. But when I use a different apple account AppStore on this device works completely fine.
