I only head video sounds from head speaker not bottom speakers

Check that the volume level is not muted and make sure you’re not connected to blue tooth speaker.

Those things would affect all of the speakers, not just some.

If it was muted you wouldn’t hear anything out of either speaker. If it was connected to a Bluetooth device you also wouldn’t hear anything out of any speaker. Please read the problem description carefully before responding.
There is only one bottom speaker. You will only hear sound from both speakers (one top, one bottom) that is transmitted as 2 stereo channels.
