How do I turn off focus mode on my iPhone 11?

I have never used this and it decided to turn on and nothing I do will turn it off. It is messing with me getting text. and phone calls and I tried to set a time for it to come on and go off and that hasn't helped one bit.

It is like apple messing with the doggone email. I have yet to be able to get my AT&T and any other account back to get the email on that. I have AOl which is an app but I mostly use my AT&T account.

Go to Settings>Focus. Tap on each Focus, swipe to the bottom, and tap the delete button. The only one you can't delete is Do Not Disturb. Tap on that. Make sure you have nothing selected in People or Apps. Make sure you have no schedules or Smart Activations enabled. This will minimize the possibility that you activate something automatically.

If you think Focus has been enabled, there are two ways to turn it off. The easiest for most people is, "Siri, turn off Focus." You can also swipe down to access the Control Center. If the Focus button says "Focus," that means it's off. It it says anything else, tap on the round picture on the button and it will turn it off.
