Can I make an album into a wallpaper collection
I would like to make one of my photo albums into a wallpaper collection, like the iOS 17 one.

For iOS 17 : A method you may want to try:
Settings > Wallpaper +Add new wallpaper
tap Photo Shuffle ... select Album
The Favorites album is the default ...
Tap on it, and choose the Album you want to use
If you want: Tap on "Shuffle frequency" to choose how long each photo is displayed
Tap "Use Album" to preview it ... ( edit / customize options are available )
When ready .. Tap "Add" (at the top)
