anew alarm every morning at 7am that i did not set. it does not show up in my clock but it goes off every day for the last week.i have not added any new apps, and i did look through all the individual app notifications to see if any had so7nd on but no banners etc…This is definitely something to do with the clock

You may have a Sleep Focus schedule alarm set, which would wake you up at a set time every day. To check this and turn it off if so, go to Settings > Focus > Sleep > Sleep Schedule > Turn it off.
