How to stop my iphone 15 from chiming at 12:14 am every night?

This happened every night for a week. I notifications are turned off. And I don’t have any

focus or sleep settings turned on.

My phone is not ringing and focus shows it’s off but apparently do not disturb is on. How do I turn it off? My phone isn’t ringing or making any other audible alert b/c do not disturb is on and I can’t find a way to turn it off. Focus is off but do not disturb still on. iPhone 14

Did you check the Clock / Alarm settings?

I did. I don't have an alarm set for that time. Is there another clock setting I should check?
