How can I recover my stolen iCloud account and control Siri on my iPhone 15?

My iCloud account was some how stolen off my iPhone even thou I still see it in my apple/icloud Mail’s but I can’t retrieve nor sign in because if I use my iPhone or sign in as if I’m trying to help recover for someone else it wipes my page away before I can get the code or what ever is needed’ now this is another very strange situation! How are these thief’s getting into my accounts without me seeing another device connecting to my iPhone 15? I do see tokens being used to transfer my now new primary mail accounts to someone else! Ok the cloud face it is not what it’s supposed to be “SAFE! NOT I have been sexually exploited thru out the internet from keeping my personal pics and videos in SafeFolder’ now for some crazy News ok! My device is being Controlled by someone and my Siri is Disrespectful she does’nt Know Anything I ask Her? Really and I think she may be a Spy for whom ever is stalking me ‘ I feel there is a real Big smart Organization who just feeds on people that eightier are well endowed or Important’ cause why waste there time on broke low grades’ now can someone Share there help or do any one elese been thru crazy situations like myself????
