Bad Gateway Correlation Key: HLBNJZ6T33HP5….

I’ve repeatedly tried to sign on to reports problem.apple.com website from different browsers, cleaned my cache and restarted the phone without success. Unfortunately I’m not willing to reach out my router as I have too many devices connected to it. Some on 5G and others and 2.4 and I’m not tech savvy. today is March 4, 2025 at 5 PM. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and what else can I do? I have an offer in front of me that I’d like to accept, but not until I see how much I’ve put into this company already. All help appreciated it. Thank you.

Try again, as the Apple Servers recently wobbled, and that may have triggered this.



If that's not the trigger, turn off and remove all the add-on security apps, add-on firewall apps, add-on anti-malware apps, add-on "coffee shop" VPN apps, restart, and try again.


Then check your Wi-Fi router firmware, and (when next convenient) update that and then restart that.


Choice of 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz or 6 GHz Wi-Fi bands are unlikely related.
