Apps just aren’t hiding in the new iPadOS 18.4

The current date is 05/04/25 so I am not sure if they released a timed update or smth

Apps disappeared and won’t update on my iPhone 16 Pro Have 16 pro with ios 18.5. Several apps including news & shopping that I use often disappeared from phone. They're showing in app store as needing updates but won't let me update or re-download. Says restrictions in place. Haven't changed anything since last used them this week. Having just tested hiding Apps in iPadOS 18.4, I'm unable to identify any issues with this feature. I suggest that you review this support page:
