How do I stop Total AdBlock from charging me without a user account?

how do I get TotalAdBlock to stop charging me when I don't even have it on my phone or ipad, thus have no user name or password to open anything up with

I don’t have TotalAdBlock on my phone or my iPad, yet they are charging me on PayPal.
