How can I enable Developer Mode with a broken iPhone Home button?

Hello there please helpme i want turn on the developer mode on iPhone SE 2nd because want turn on the Developer mode you must restart the iPhone after restart you must unlock with Home Button and the Assistive Touch isn`t showing plshelp me Thankyou.

I've come up with a workaround of sorts, using back tap to continue from this screen.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap then set either Double Tap or Triple Tap to Home. Then when you get to the Ready to Enable Developer Mode screen, just do a back tap to continue.
