How do I allow 3rd party cookies in Safari?
I’m having a problem with opening a video from a third party. None of cookies are blocked and I’m still not able to view.

Describe that problem.
"Third party cookies" doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Cookies and other website data are either stored, or not. Are you basing that comment on some information presented upon attempting to open that video? Describe what it was.
If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on your Mac - Apple Support offers a number of suggestions.
