Unable to play/watch purchased episodes on Apple TV

I have subscribed to “Dark Winds” on Apple TV. I received a receipt from Apple, but when I tried to view the episodes on Apple TV, it won’t open and I keep getting pitched to subscribe to AMC plus. It’s very frustrating.

I have asked for a refund. And this is the second time. I subscribed to the series and had this problem. So I unsubscribed and then tried it again, but I’m having the same old issue.
