App Store and Apple Wallet not on Child's Apple Watch

Neither the app store nor apple wallet are visbile on my daughters Apple Watch but they are both visible on my iPhone which I paired it to. I am trying to fund an Apple Wallet amount and have sent it but she cannot access it. OS are updated on both devices. Have gone through the Screen Time suggestions, etc. Please help.
