AirPlay Speaker not working

I have a Crestron integration and a couple of Sonos speakers. Everything shows up as options when I try to airplay; however one Sonos speaker and 3 of my Crestron zones give me an error message about being unable to connect. I have done all the level 1 type stuff about turning devices off, rebooting devices, restarting my router, etc. This is really annoying and never happened in the past. I tried my iPhone, iPad, and my wife’s iPhone so it’s not tied to one apple device either. I even deleted my Home and remade the home, rooms and devices. I can’t seem to add the devices through the home app either, this isn’t a huge deal as I don’t use the home app.

any new ideas to try?
