How do I erase all data from ProtonVPN and Betternet VPN on my MacBook Pro?

I've downloaded two vpns, proton vpn and betternet vpn from the apple store, but I want to remove ALL traces of the vpn and not just remove and remove the configuration of vpns from system settings, how can i do that? I just want to make sure i've got rid of all traces of the vpns from my macbook so that nothing happens
