My iPhone 13 back camera and flashlight have stopped working since I updated to IOS 18.4
What could be the issue here as it is now a huge inconvenience for me?
Is there anyway I can resolve it as numerous restarts and resets have not been able to fix this problem.
You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
