No, it is not possible. The 2023 iMac does not support Target Display Mode and the 2015 iMac does not support AirPlay to Mac.
Get an actual monitor for the new Mac.

The new iMac does not support using any iMac as a display in Target Display Mode.

If you have or get a new iMac, you can use an External Display or HDMI TV.
Target Display Mode went away in Late 2014 when the first 27” 5K Retina iMac came out. Your 2015 iMac doesn’t support it.
Apple later added restrictions on the video source such that the 2023 iMac does not support using any iMac as a Target Display.
