Unable to use Apple TV app, Apple Music, or AirPlay on Samsung Smart TV
I have been experiencing an issue since April 3rd with my Samsung Smart TV. I am unable to use the Apple TV app, Apple Music, or AirPlay. Here are the details of the issues:
- Apple TV: When attempting to connect, a message appears: "Something went wrong, there was a problem connecting. Try again."
- Apple Music: The app freezes on a black screen upon opening.
- AirPlay: An error message appears: "Unable to connect to the Samsung server. Please try again later."
Additional information:
- There are no updates available for my TV.
- I did a full reset of the TV.
- Other apps, including YouTube, work normally.
- Both internet and Bluetooth are functioning properly.
- Apple TV and music apps work fine on my other devices (iPad, iPhone).
