Unable to use Apple TV app, Apple Music, or AirPlay on Samsung Smart TV

I have been experiencing an issue since April 3rd with my Samsung Smart TV. I am unable to use the Apple TV app, Apple Music, or AirPlay. Here are the details of the issues:


  • Apple TV: When attempting to connect, a message appears: "Something went wrong, there was a problem connecting. Try again."
  • Apple Music: The app freezes on a black screen upon opening.
  • AirPlay: An error message appears: "Unable to connect to the Samsung server. Please try again later."


Additional information:


  • There are no updates available for my TV.
  • I did a full reset of the TV.
  • Other apps, including YouTube, work normally.
  • Both internet and Bluetooth are functioning properly.
  • Apple TV and music apps work fine on my other devices (iPad, iPhone).
