Safe to delete my 64-bit W10 Pro.'s C:\ProgramData\Apple\Installer Cache\ files?

There are like six different Apple Mobile Device Support <version from v16.0.0.25 to 18.0.0.32). Do I need to keep these for iTunes and iDevices (iPhones 6+ to 13) and iPod nano 6G)? I also don't use MS' Store and the new Apple Music.

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

Windows, Windows 6

I can't imagine they are all necessary. You might discard all but the most recent one just to be on the safe side. The .msi files would likely be used if you reinstalled or repaired your current installation of the AMDS component or iTunes. Looks like there isn't any housekeeping going on when a new version is installed. On my older Windows 7 machine my cache was 3.2Gb with 107 files, 17 versions of AMDS, 22 of AAS, 22 of AAS64 and 21 of ICP, along with single instances of Bonjour and ASU. After cleaning up I'm down to 9 files using 189Mb. If you want to be cautious offload the files to external storage so you could restore them if needed, but I don't think they will be.
