How do I avoid unauthorized charges to my Apple Account?

I have someone using a URL of a company to charge my Apple account! I called the merchant and they said it was fraud because it was not them any one can call and verify my sorry and they will tell you that they are working with FBI to solve any issues that they have! One is called Ancestry.com and the other one is Total security US LLC don’t mistake it for TotalAV they are not the same and further more I can’t download or update any app and also I can’t link my accounts to my wallet to pay for other fees with apple because these websites will take my hard earned money can someone help me out to solve my problem. Thank you.

The payment that they have been trying to take are fraud and I can prove it!!!! How do I stop it from taking or trying to get funds from my Apple account?

Do any or all the charges display when you review your recent purchases here,

Charges display per item. Receipts or statements sent by Apple may display multiple items as a single purchase. Purchases generally are taxable and you must take that into consideration. 


If you need to request a refund, instructions are provided at the link below,


If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


If the items do not appear after reviewing the above articles and links, there is a high likely hood your credit card was compromised, the details used by the scammers to purchase goods and/or services from Apple. Apple will review requests for assistance from local law enforcement. Please report the fraud to your local police. Most likely the details were skimmed when the card was used at an ATM or chip inserted or swiped at a transaction terminal. Your bank will assist with the fraudulent charges. Contact you bank using the number printed on the back of the credit card.
