Mandarin translation missing in 'Remove App' pop-up for EVD App

Description: When the user selects Mandarin as the language and installs the EVD App, the "Remove App" pop-up does not display the translation in Mandarin. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select Mandarin as the language.
2. Install the EVD App.
3. Attempt to remove the app.
4. Observe the "Remove App" pop-up.

Expected Result: The "Remove App" pop-up should be translated into Mandarin.

Actual Result: The "Remove App" pop-up is not translated into Mandarin.
