iPhone 15 Pro Max Overheating Severely During Charging & Gaming — Battery Health Dropping Fast

I recently bought a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I’ve been facing serious overheating issues. Initially, it would get slightly warm, but now even when I charge it in airplane mode with everything turned off (Siri, AI suggestions, background app refresh, low brightness, and screen off), it gets extremely hot.

This heat is clearly affecting the battery health — it's dropping way too fast. I can’t even think about using the phone while it's charging because it turns into an oven.

As a PUBG Mobile player, I invested a lot of money into this expecting high performance. Yes, the game runs well at first, but after just 7–8 minutes, the phone heats up badly, and the FPS starts dropping hard. I'm in a room with a stable 25°C temperature, so it’s not an external heat issue.

It feels like this is not just a hardware issue but a serious software optimization problem. iPhones 14 and possibly the upcoming 16 may suffer from the same issue if Apple doesn't fix this properly. Why is such a high-end device not able to handle basic usage without overheating?

Please let us know if Apple is actually working on a fix, or if I should consider this a long-term issue.
