I have a US number on an eSIMM plus a France Orange Mobicarte number on a SIMM card in my iPhone 13 and want to update to iPhone 16Pro 256G. Orange tells me I can't convert my Mobicarte number to an eSIMM. Is it possible to get an unlocked iPhone 16 Pro 256G with a SIMM card slot at the Apple store in Orlando?

Correct, but to keep it simple the OP was asking about a physical eSIM. I didn't see the need to point out that they could have up to 8 eSIMs installed when their question was about the physical option of a SIM.
