Before your post was edited, I saw that you posted your iPhone’s IMEI, EID, and MEID. For starters, your iPhone isn’t hacked. And by posting that kind of sensitive information on a public site, you are basically asking yourself to get hacked.

There is no code to find out if you've been hacked. People on social media sites like to spread misinformation about the codes phone companies use to display information about your phone.

Please stop believing everything you see on social media sites or YouTube.

You don't. Not sure what app or website you used or what they are claiming happened to you. It may be best to describe what you are seeing that makes you believe you have been hacked.
