My Apple TV will only allow me 1080 not 4k

I have purchased new 8k cables, along with 8k tv, and receiver and my Apple TV video resolution will only max out 1080p. It will not allow me to choose 4k

So basically, I can pick 4k@60 HDR 4k@30 HDR 4k@59,97 HDR and it works all fine, although the problem is with YouTube, when I am trying to watch “the black by LG” kinda show video, it only works with 1440p doesn’t allow me for 4k or hdr. My 4K Apple TV box does not show 4K HDR as a format option anymore My 4K Apple TV box does not show 4K HDR as a format option anymore. Apple tv 4k with an Philips BDM4065UC won’t go into 4k My apple tv won’t go up to 4k when using the apple tv. I tried 3 different cables (high speed and 8k and regular), and reinstalled the apple tv. but nothing seems to fix this issue

You can manually select the resolution and frame rate in the audio & video settings. If the frame rate you selected doesn’t match your tv it will also prevent you from selecting the desired resolution.
